Paleo Made Easy

By now I’m sure you have heard the paleo diet mentioned more than once. Simply put, you eat like the cave women and cave men before us, you eliminate all processed foods, sugars, grains, legumes, and anything else that wasn’t previously readily available. 

That may sound like a horrible idea lol, I mean who doesn’t like to binge on junk food every once in while? However, give it the whole 30 and I bet that you will feel amazing! More energized! Your skin will be glowing! & all those salty and sugary snacks will have been a thing of the past and replaced with new paleo friendly ones!
